Joker have extended their already considerable
range of high-quality , low-cost knives with the addition of two
new tactical models, each available in a choice of finishes. They
are made in a way which is in keeping with the Joker philosophy
of providing a lot of knife for a little money. These blades combine
spanish know-how with siplicity of style. The CFO2 and CFO3 (
bottom two) is a rugged multi-function knife. Priced at £48.00,
overall length is 9.5" with a 4.5" hollow ground false
edge spearpoint blade, crafted from a full length piece of 440c
stainless steel with a matt black or bead blasted finish, with
a visable tangend and lanyard hole. It has a glassfibre-reinforced
nylon handle with a non-slip grip and comews complete with a black
cordura sheath and leg lace.
As an outdoor general-purpose tactical knife this new offering
from Joker is a purposely designed for rugged tasks and its easily
maintaned bevelled edge would be as equally usefull for skinning
a rabbit as it would for carving or for any of the hundreds of
tasks that a knife is neccessary for.
Weighing in at 175gms (6oz) this well balanced knife sits comfortably
in the hand with a point of balance nicely on the forefinger and
has enough heft for rugged work and yet is compact and light enough
to handle more delicate operations when required.
As per all Joker knives this one come with a razor sharp edge
and would equally be at home in a collectors cabinet or attatched
to the belt of a hunter, fisherman or backwoods camper.
The CFO1 and CFO2 ( top two) are tactical utility tools, modeled
along the lines of the classic Fairburn-Sykes commando knife.
Priced at £58.00 overall length is 11" with a 6"
doubled edge blade available in matt black or bead blast finish
and scales made from a non slip nylon handle, lanyard hole and
double hand guard. it also comes complete with a black cordura
sheath and leg lace.
